HealthySteps Family Advisors provide important feedback on their experience to enhance our program for all families.
Danie Alette
My name is Danie Allette and I live in Greensboro, North Carolina. I have two kids and we love the HealthySteps program. I look forward to seeing my HealthySteps Specialist at every visit—she always makes time to check in. A fun fact about me is that I work with special education students. I look forward to connecting with others while being a HealthySteps Family Advisory member.
Tatiana Jones
My name is Tatiana Jones. I live In Greensboro, North Carolina and my family participates in HealthySteps at the Carolina Pediatrics of the Triad location. We have been a HealthySteps family for the last three and a half years. What I like most about HealthySteps is how supported I feel by my HS Specialist—she goes above and beyond for any concerns I have. I look forward to being a HealthySteps Family Advisory member because I feel it is important to advocate for such an awesome program that can be beneficial to so many.
Irma Ubiera
My name is Irma Ubiera and I live in Kearny, New Jersey. I am originally from the Dominican Republic and my family participates in HealthySteps at the Hackensack, New Jersey location. We have been a HealthySteps family for several months. What I like most about HealthySteps is that as a new mom, I have the chance to interact and share with other moms. I appreciate and look forward to being a Family Advisory member because I really enjoy listening to and learning from others.
Sabrina Sargeant
My name is Sabrina Sargeant and I live in Brooklyn, New York. My family participates in HealthySteps at Brookdale Family Care Center. We have been a HealthySteps family for a year. What I like most about HealthySteps is the support given to families and the connectivity to services. I have learned so much from being part of this program for the past year that I wish I knew for my first born. My HealthySteps team are amazing people with a passion for what they do. I look forward to being a HealthySteps Family Advisory member because I want to help in any way to make HealthySteps even better and to advocate for more locations.
Hollie Swire
My name is Hollie Swire, I live in Boston, Massachusetts and my family participates in the HealthySteps program at the MGH Boston location. We have been a HealthySteps family for one year. What I like most about HealthySteps is the wide variety of topics that HS Specialists provide education about. I look forward to being a Family Advisory member because we all need a village!

My name is Yahnique Veillard and I live in Asbury Park, New Jersey. My family participates in the HealthySteps program at the Asbury Park Pediatrics location. We have been a HealthySteps family for two years. What I like most about HealthySteps is the support that is offered and the helpful advice. I look forward to being a HealthySteps Family Advisory member because I want to help make this wonderful program better for future attendees.
Silvia Mancia-Avilez
My name is Silvia Mancia-Avilez and I live in Chelsea, Massachusetts. My family participates in the HealthySteps program at Mass General Chelsea Healthcare Center Pediatrics. We have been a HealthySteps family for two years now. What I like most about HealthySteps is how resourceful and flexible they are. I know that I could reach out to them for advice and assurance pertaining to any matter that has to do with my daughter’s development. I look forward to being a Family Advisory member because I believe families really benefit from this program’s support so we can give our children the best foot forward to be great in this world!

My name is Ah’Niya Smith and I live in Monmouth, New Jersey. My family participates in the HealthySteps program at the Neptune Pediatrics location. We have been a HealthySteps family for three years. What I like most about HealthySteps is how supportive and caring they are with everything. As a Family Advisory member I look forward to meeting other families like my own and sharing unique experiences.
